I just received my emergency cash! I decided on carrying 20,000円(yen) just in case my bank card doesn't work or gets shut down after my arrival in Japan. Thats a little over $200, should hold me over long enough to figure out my money situation more permanently.
Exciting. Twenty grand, yo.
